Abhay Kewadkar
Abhay Kewadkar, India’s first winemaker, is a renowned Alcobev consultant, wine expert, and microbrewery specialist with decades of industry experience. Formerly Executive Director and Chief Winemaker at Four Seasons Wines Ltd. (United Spirits–Diageo Group), he has played a pivotal role in creating award-winning wines that have earned international recognition for India. His contributions to the industry were recognised when he was named Economic Times F&B Leader of the Year in 2021 and 2023.
He is the founder of Abhay Kewadkar & Associates, an India-based Alcobev consultancy, and Co-Founder and Director of Tetrad Global Beverages Pvt. Ltd., specialising in the marketing and distribution of bottled-in-origin wines and spirits. Through his expertise, he advises wineries, breweries, distilleries, hospitality brands, and investors on beverage innovation, brand development, quality enhancement, and strategic business growth across the alcoholic beverage industry.
