- President of the Bangalore Wine Club in 2005/06.
- Director of the Wine Society of India (WSI) from 2009–2011, worked
- closely with Steven Spurrier, the then most influential wine commentator

- Actively associated with other wine clubs across India, including Kolkata,
- Chennai, and Chandigarh.
- Introduced a wine vending machine in Bangalore to promote the “Wine
- by the Glass” concept, which enhances accessibility and enjoyment of

Abhay Kewadkar is a renowned Alcobev consultant, wine expert, and microbrewery specialist with decades of industry experience. Formerly Executive Director and Chief Winemaker at Four Seasons Wines Ltd. (United Spirits–Diageo Group), he has played a key role in creating award-winning wines that have earned global recognition for India.
Today, as Co-Founder and Director of Tetrad Global Beverages Pvt. Ltd., he also advises wineries, breweries, distilleries, hospitality brands, and investors on beverage innovation, brand development, quality enhancement, and business growth across the alcoholic beverage industry.
